2. General Returns Policy
Ecstatic Silence does not offer voluntary exchanges, returns, or refunds due to a change of mind, personal preferences, purchases made by mistake, or decisions made after the purchase.
This rule applies to both physical and digital products.
However, this policy does not limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights established by applicable law.
Where a product is defective, damaged, does not conform to its advertised characteristics, has been delivered incorrectly, or where another circumstance gives rise to a legal entitlement, we will review the request and provide the appropriate remedy.
3. Physical Products
Physical products include, among others, cacao, botanical oils, clothing, textiles, accessories, and handcrafted items.
We do not accept voluntary returns of products that are in good condition and correspond to what was ordered solely because the customer has changed their mind.
In particular, food products, cosmetics, and personal care products may be subject to special hygiene, safety, and storage considerations.
These considerations do not eliminate consumers' legal rights when a product is defective, damaged, or does not conform to the applicable requirements.

If a file is defective, a download link does not work, the content does not match its description, or a technical issue is attributable to the product or delivery service, the customer may request assistance.
We will seek to resolve the issue by providing a new download link, correcting the file, restoring access, or offering another appropriate solution.
Where legally required, the customer may also request a refund or another remedy provided for under applicable law.
